Rogers Alley is a set of three historic buildings that once included Durham’s first pharmacy, a functioning firehouse, and a hardware store. Totaling 29,000 SF, this creative, mixed-use project is in the center of Downtown Durham. We will add value by leasing vacancy and marking rents to market.
