Originally a bowling alley built in 1963 along the busy Hillsborough Street corridor adjacent to North Carolina State University, the space was transformed into a 22,000 square foot flexible format Target store for an urban/college market. LODEN executed the redevelopment of this property under a master lease structure in October 2016. The property also included a 53-stall dedicated parking garage and an additional 2,567 square foot space for street-level retail. LODEN sold the master lease in December 2018.
